Rates
$75 per 50-minute session.  Sliding scale available.

Insurance
I am not contracted with any insurance companies.  I will provide you with a statement you may submit to your insurance company for possible out of network benefits.  To determine if you have out of network benefits that may cover my services, please contact your insurance company.
 

 Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, checks are accepted.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
